Is there something I can fix a dishwasher in an injury? One of our butcher's knife, a hole in the bathtub in the dishwasher. Maybe some kind of silicone or epoxy?

Yes you can. I am interested silicone was not long enough and failure would result in a loss.
You can try with a hot-melt glue gun or silicone sealant should be well kept, (let dry overnight).
