Hairspray have very nice clothes. Vintage look in shops, flea markets and car magazines. You can do yourself. obtained models in a craft store and find beautiful fabrics and go at it. Good luck!
If you have a tight deadlines and small budgets, it could do better. Get a boss for a large hoop skirt, are super easy to make, and get a canvas and make a deal. So girls just wear tights or shirts stuck with them, white socks and nothing else.
If you find someone to sew so they will not be charged, which could deal for a simple design, making it the best way to get what you want in the short term.
